Wallpaparea.com - Free desktop wallpapers

After 3 years we decided to restart wallpaperarea.com completely. Three years ago the overwhelming number of personal computers used fullscreen desktops, most them with a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels. Nowadays we have a wider diversivication with many screen-resolutions for widescrren-monitors and and larger resolutions for fullscreen monitors.

Due to this developement wallpaperarea.com actually offers 7 different download sizes both of fullscreen and widescreen resolutions. We also enlarged the preview-images and we added some new funcions like bookmarking a wallpaper and the rating of wallpapers.

Some other, well proven, things didn´t change. You´ll need no registration to download our wallpapers and the download of wallpapers is completely free. In the next few weeks we will both reintegrate the wallpapers of our previous galleries and add new wallpapers so that the number of available wallpapers will grow quite fast.
